First Visit
Your initial appointment will consist of a consultation explaining your diagnosis and treatment options. Treatment is usually accomplished the same day as the consultation. However, a complex medical history or treatment plan may require an evaluation and a second appointment to provide treatment on another day.

Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your appointment:
- The referral card from your Dentist (if you have one)
- A list of medications you are currently taking
- Dental Insurance Card
IMPORTANT: A parent or guardian must accompany all patients under 18. However, we ask that anyone else stay in your vehicle for the remainder of the appointment.
