Dr. Gabriella Postalian-Rizzo completed her general dentistry training at the Central University of Venezuela where she graduated with honors, first in her class, along with several other academic awards. She then came to Houston where she completed graduate training in Endodontics, also obtaining a Master’s Degree in the specialty. She then joined Southwest Endodontics to continue her practice in dentistry.
Dr. Postalian-Rizzo is a member of the Greater Houston Dental Society, the Houston Endodontics Alumni and Friends, the Greater Houston Hispanic Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, the American Dental Association, and the American Association of Endodontists. She has participated as a presenter in national and international conferences and published several articles.
She serves part-time as Clinical Assistant Professor at UTHealth School of Dentistry at Houston. She has been involved in multiple research projects, focusing on finding better ways to perform root canal treatments and identifying other medical conditions associated with apical disease. She is fluent in Spanish and Italian. Dr. Postalian-Rizzo enjoys exercising, cooking, traveling and spending time with her husband and daughter.
